You can learn a lot about the differences between two food products by comparing the ingredients. When comparing Fiber One against Raisin Bran, the main ingredient of both kinds of cereal is Whole Grain Wheat which suggests they’re both high in fiber.

Raisin Bran has added sugar and sugar syrup, and raisins, which are also high in natural sugars. In contrast, Fiber One is sweetened with Sucralose, a no-calorie sweetener.
